John L. Knoble was introduced to the field of intellectual
property as a Patent Examiner, serving in the Examining
Corps of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from 1983-86.

Tod A. Kupstas,
started his career in the Intellectual Property
field by working as a Patent Examiner for the United
States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”)
for close to six years from 1997-2003. In this capacity,
Mr. Kupstas was charged with determining whether
the claims of U.S. patent applications met the requirements
for issuance of a patent. During his tenure with
the USPTO, Mr. Kupstas attended the Patent Academy,
an academy for training U.S. patent examiners in
various areas of patent law.

Grace S. Doe started her career in the Intellectual Property field
by working as a Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and
Trademark Office (“USPTO”). In addition to patent
examining, she also has experience with patent infringement and
intellectual property evaluation and protection while working at the
United States International Trade Commission and the University of
Pennsylvania Center for Technology Transfer. Grace holds a Bachelors of
Science degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania
and a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington and Lee University School
of Law.
