| Ken I. Yoshida
is a native of Japan and has an active international
practice counseling U.S. and Japanese clients on
issues involving international patent procurement,
litigation, and licensing. Fluent in Japanese and
English, Mr. Yoshida is particularly effective in
providing counsel to Japanese law firms and corporations.
He also has significant experience as a liaison
between clients and counsel in complicated international
business, litigation and transactional matters.
Mr. Yoshida earned Masters degrees from Brown University
in computer science and in neural science and a
Juris Doctor degree from Temple University. Mr.
Yoshida, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, has 10
years of experience in the patent field, and is
admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office and the Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit. Mr. Yoshida has been active in
such technologies as computer image processing,
software, automotive technologies, photo-reproduction,
microprocessors, and paper production. He is also
a frequent lecturer on subjects such as business
method patents, U.S. Patent Law issues and Japanese
trade issues. |
